INTRODUCTION TO OUR COMPANY PRODUCT

In the last 80 years, advance technology and know-how has made the engine so efficient that it overlap the advancement in fuel technology. The huge expenditure and refining cost in fossil crude oil and break-neck speed in oil trading has suppress the advancement in fuel technology.

This caused a main set-backs for the engines to over come and maximize he usage of fuel.

 

 

 

 

 

LOW BURN RATE

About 35% to 40% of the fuel are actually being burned in the combustion chamber to power the piston. The remaining 60% to 65% of fuel are being burned along the exhaust manifold, catalytic converter, etc and left unburned and discharged in the atmosphere between 25% to 35% depending the efficiency of the engine (age and condition of the engine)

 

 

 

 

 

ON BRAKING AND ACCELERATION EFFECT

Wasted fuel during overrun conditions. It incurred when the momentum of the vehicle caused the engine to turn faster than required. Air intake and the speed of the engine, result in high vacuum build-up causing a 'braking effect'. On acceleration, more fuel is being applied to overcome the weakness in the engine.

 

 

 

RESIDUE CARBON

During the process of the combustion, part if the carbon particulate lodge in the combustion chambers, high-pressure pipes and discharging system. At more than 500 degree C it form a strong coating along the combustion chamber and piping system. It greatly reduced the efficiency of the engine and increased more fuel usage as it aged causing numerous engine failure.

 

 

REMEDY

Currently two methods used in clearing the carbon build-up. By manually de-carbonize the engine (stripping) or by addictive agents which is cleaning or corrosive agent to dislodge the carbon. However, it is costly, time consuming and shortening the engine life span.

 

A NEW CONCEPT

With advance technology, a control forced wave, hitting a specific waveband only on carbon particulate in the fuel oil content. Enough power to disintegrate the carbon, creating a fusion and concurrently enhance the burn rate. Completing the process without leaving any side effects or residue.
